Lifeline Yoga Retreat:
A Weekend of Yoga and Self Discovery
April 17-19, 2009
May 22-24, 2009

Come to Elk Mountain where you will begin a journey to health and self discovery, while surrounded by the beauty of the "endless mountain region" of northeastern Pennsylvania.

Lifeline Yoga Retreat is where individuals are invited to take their practice and self awareness to the next level. Begin-now or excel-now to take it where you need to go.

Set in a lush, mountainous backdrop, the beautiful resort will provide the physical and spiritual grounds for Lifeline yoga retreat. There will be yoga classes twice a day along with self discovery workshops that will provide many opportunities to find the power in your body, mind and spirit.

Make sure you are part of this opportunity to be with Grandmother Morningstar . T he retreat highlight will feature Sid McNairy, a Master Yoga Teacher and owner of I Do Yoga studio. He was a college football coach for 15 years and his Lifeline yoga was featured in Lacrosse Magazine June 2007. Sid has trained under Rodney Yee and Baron Babtiste (Yoga) and trains athletes at Hopkins (Women's Lacrosse), TSU (Women's track team), Morgan State (Football Team) as well as individuals just like you in his Towson studio.

The weekend was awsome! The breath work, I felt helped me the most. Would really like to do that again! - Lisa Esposito

Sid has coached 12 NFL players and has been the master teacher of the Baltimore's Biggest Yoga Event, Philadelphia's Biggest Yoga Event, Maryland's Gospel Fitness Expo, Baltimore's Women's Fitness Expo and more. We will have nature hikes, meditation and be introduced to Native American Indian traditions at the lodge. We will have gourmet cuisine featuring local and organic foods for breakfast, lunch and dinners.

Come and experience the joy of self discovery in a setting where everything exists in perfect harmony. We would ask that you bring your own yoga mat, yoga/beach towel, walking/hiking shoes and a journal.

I really enjoyed the retreat. I felt that through the variety of activities that we did, I was taught how to Be with my self in many different ways (including feeling my body during yoga, feeling my breath and intense emotional release during breathwork, feeling my oneness with nature being outside and during the hike, being one with others during the "Oms", and truly feeling my anxiety and inner strength during the sweat lodge. ) What a great experience. Thank you for thinking of this idea and allowing us this opportunity. - Mallori Stoler
